Therapist. Writer.
Clinical Lead, Fortune 50 Financial Institution.
I'm a licensed clinical social worker and the founder of Moodlab Psychotherapy, a boutique practice for high-achieving women, LGBTQ+ individuals, and neurodivergent clients. I also serve as Clinical Lead for a Fortune 50 financial company's mental health program, working directly with executives, bankers, and other finance fund professionals navigating the specific psychological cost of sustained achievement.
That dual vantage point — the therapy room and the boardroom — shapes everything I write. I'm interested in the gap between what success looks like and what it actually costs, and in therapy as something closer to resistance than compliance.

:When therapy honors chosen family, queer joy, and resilience, it does more than heal—it resists
I work with organizations on the psychology of high performance — burnout, perfectionism, and the mental health cost of achievement-driven cultures. Drawing on my clinical work with executives and finance professionals, I offer talks and consultation for companies ready to take employee mental health seriously beyond a wellness webinar.
Past and current work includes clinical leadership on a Fortune 100 mental health program through Lyra Health.
I'm working on my first book — more soon. If you want to hear about it first, join the list below
